Right to information

You have the right to ask the controller for information about which personal data we process about you, in what scope and for what purposes. We will provide you with this information free of charge at latest within 30 days, in extraordinary situations at latest within 90 days. We will inform you in time about the extension of the deadline in extraordinary cases. If you require the disclosure of information we register about you, we will first need to verify whether you are really the person to whom this information belongs. Hence, you must provide adequate identification of your person in the request. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information for your identification, before providing you with the personal data we process about your person.

If you have ever granted us consent to process your personal data (e.g. e-mail address as part of the sent newsletter), you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and we are obliged to erase the data which we process based exclusively on your consent. The right to erasure does not apply to data processed as part of the obligation to fulfil a contract, for legal reasons or legitimate interests. If any of your data are stored in backup systems, which automatically ensure the resilience of our systems and perform the function of protection against data loss in the case of contingencies, it is not in our capacity to erase these data from the backup systems, and often it is not even technically feasible. Nevertheless, these data are in no way actively processed and will not be used for further processing purposes.
