...The current form of the company began being built in 1993. Nowadays, our wide range of offers allows our customers to get the innovative solutions they need. We are not a big company, which means, that we can focus on specific needs of our partners and on details.

Our company is a private company engaged in small batch production of highly sophisticated technologies of weaving and warp knitting. Over the past 20 years, there was a major reconstruction of production facilities and almost 100% of our production technology has been improved.

Our production runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week on modern production facilities in Moravska Chrastová. All our workshops operate in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 (ISO 9001:2015).

The weaving process runs on the latest weaving machines with needle and gripper pick. The knitting process is equipped with two and three device warp knitting machines.

We produce synthetic multifilament and calibrated monofilament based on polyamide, polyester, polyvinyl chloride, including copolymers and also some spun yarn. Our specialty is producing of fibers with non-standard properties (PBT) and natural silk threads.

SILK & PROGRESS, spol. s.r.o. is a member of ATOK (Association of Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry), CLUTEX (Cluster of technical textiles), Chamber of Commerce, ČTPT (Czech Technology Platform for textiles).
